Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Hennhouse Consulting LLC website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services

Hennhouse Consulting LLC provides business automation consulting and implementation services, including but not limited to:

• Business process analysis and automation design
• Lead capture and customer communication automation
• Operations and reporting system implementation
• Training and ongoing support services

Service Agreement

Specific services will be governed by separate service agreements that outline:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Responsibilities of both parties

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement:

• Services are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Services may be suspended for non-payment

Cancellation

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive all deliverables completed to date and retain ownership of any custom automation systems we have built for your business.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of work product:

• Custom automation systems become your property upon full payment
• General methodologies and frameworks remain our intellectual property
• Third-party software licenses remain with their respective owners
• Your business data and processes remain your exclusive property

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business operations, customer data, and proprietary information. We will not disclose any confidential information without your written consent, except as required by law.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide services with professional care and skill. However:

• Results may vary based on implementation and market conditions
• We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes
• Third-party integrations are subject to their terms and availability
• Services are provided "as is" without warranty beyond applicable law

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Hennhouse Consulting LLC is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with 30 days notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
