I used to sell roofing door to door. I sat across kitchen tables from homeowners. I chased storm damage leads and competed against ten other roofers on the same street. I know what it is like to run a service business from the inside.

During that time, I watched business after business pour money into websites that looked great but never showed up on Google. Beautiful designs sitting on page 10 where nobody would ever find them. It drove me crazy.

My degree is in Interactive Design from Kennesaw State. UI and UX at its core. But the thing that stuck with me was not just how things looked. It was knowing that a website only matters if people can actually find it.
